The first Sunday in October favored us with ideal cycling weather, moderate temperatures and tons of fun with our teammates. We ventured out to Pemberton and we had four different route options, just amazing to have so many folks out and riding either with us or on the Tour de Pines or the Sea Gull Century.
October will to be month of consecutive special events for Team Evesham, next Sunday, October 14 we will move our ride to Rastelli’s Hill Creek Farms (1631 NJ Route 45, Mullica Hill). This ride will start at 9:00am and we will ride on the rural roads of Salem and Cumberland Counties on all new routes. We will ride alongside farms and take our rest stop at Fort Mott right on the Delaware River. This site protected Philadelphia for many years. The same great Rastelli’s saving await you here next Sunday, you still save 10% off your lunch food purchases and you can enjoy wine with your lunch too.
Speaking of great teammates here is a picture of two teammates who are faculty members at school in South Jersey. When the theme was wear “Your Favorite Team Shirt” they both wore their cycling kits to school. “In life it’s not where you go, but who you ride with” .
Don’t forget, we have some special event this month.
