This past Wednesday team members met at D&Q for our last Voler Fitting for this current order.
Our representative, Jeff, was there with all of the newest Voler gear to try on. Our online Voler store will be closing! Please place your order by March 26th to meet the deadline. Orders will ship in May in time for the June charity ride season.
We also had the chance to thank D&Q and Joe for all he has done for Team Evesham and for the South Jersey cycling community. A few Team Evesham members were also seen purchasing new bicycles. The team presented Joe with a card signed by all members in attendance and a small gift to show our appreciation.
Don’t forget to place your order for Voler here!
This Past Weekend’s Ride Recap
Hello fellow Team Evesham cyclists! This past weekend we had some beautiful weather and enjoyed two days of cycling. It was a little windy but the sun was out and we took full advantage of it.
On Saturday Brett Wartenberg led a group of hill climbers from Columbus, NJ for a 35 mile ride through the farmlands in search of some hills to climb. Since it was early in the season, we started out with a smaller elevation gain of around 1500 feet over the 35 miles with Hill Road being our challenge for the ride. Afterwards, we enjoyed lunch, camaraderie and bragging about the days accomplishments! If you want to try some hills, we will be going “easy” for the next few rides, join us on Brett’s next adventure!
On Sunday we ventured out from our home base at Rastelli’s for either 34 or 45 miles heading to the Old World Bakery. Thank you to Ross for helping me discover my new favorite treat at Old World, their homemade energy bar. There was also a sighting of Colette and the B+ group together. Hmm, I wonder…
Thanks for joining us and we look forward to more cycling as the season progresses. Don’t Forget that we will be moving the start time to 9am this Sunday!
